Special Event Policy
This form must be completed for all team gatherings that are not official team practices or games. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Dryland training sessions - Certificates of Insurance will be attached to the approval.
- Social events
- Visits to outside rinks
Important Guidelines:
- On-Ice Participation: Only coaches and players who are officially registered with the Hockey Canada Registry are permitted on the ice.
- Prohibited Activities: Parent/player games are strictly prohibited.
