Elite Waiver Forms are required if a player has been released from their designated zone team and wishes to try out for an alternate team.

Arrange a tryout with a second AAA team
Try out with their Resident Elite Recruitment Area AA program

15-year-old players are only permitted to try out for one (1) U18 AAA team.

Players wishing to request a second tryout with RDMH must have a completed Elite Waiver Form from the association they were released from.
> They must also complete the Second Tryout Request Form on our website. We will respond as soon as possible.
