Red Deer Minor Hockey Announces Justin Jarmolicz as U18 AAA Head Coach
Red Deer, AB – March 31, 2026 – Red Deer Minor Hockey is excited to announce the promotion of Justin Jarmolicz to U18 AAA Head Coach.
Justin has been an integral part of our program for the past 10 years, demonstrating unwavering commitment to player development, team culture, and organizational excellence. His leadership at the U15 AAA level has been exceptional, highlighted by a Provincial Championship in the 2024–2025 season and a perfect 34–0 regular season record in 2025–2026.
Through his dedication and high-performance standards, Justin has helped transform our U15 AAA program into a model program within the province. His ability to develop athletes both on and off the ice has made a lasting impact on our players and the broader hockey community.
“Justin’s track record speaks for itself,” said Jason Stephens, GM. “His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and passion for developing young athletes make him the ideal choice to lead our U18 AAA program.”
The organization would also like to extend its sincere appreciation to Bob Rutz for his commitment and dedication this past season. Bob has been a valuable contributor to player development within our association, and his efforts have had a meaningful impact across the program.

Red Deer Minor Hockey will begin the search for a new U15 AAA coach immediately for the program.
