Withdrawal/Refund Request

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the Withdrawal Form located on our website under the Parent tab. Refund eligibility is subject to the conditions outlined below.

Administrative & Processing Fees

• A 3% administrative fee applies to all credit card transactions.

• This fee is non-refundable and applies to both the original payment and any refunds issued back to a credit card.

• All approved refunds will be returned using the original method of payment.

• A $50 withdrawal fee will be charged if a refund is approved unless otherwise stated below.

Tryout Fees

• All tryout fees are non-refundable.

Prior to First Tryout/Evaluation Skate

• Approved refund requests issued prior to participation in any tryout or evaluation, are subject to the Administrative and Tryout Fees noted above.

Once the Tryout/Evaluation Process Has Begun

• Once a player has stepped on the ice for tryouts or evaluations, no refunds will not be issued except for players attending AAA/AA Zone Team 2^nd

• Refunds will only be processed after a formal transfer request is received from the accepting Minor Hockey Association.

After Team Selection

• Once a player has been selected for a team, no refund will be issued and full registration fees are due immediately.

Release request to play Non-Sanctioned Hockey

• No refunds will be issued for participants who choose to leave sanctioned hockey to play non-sanctioned hockey.

• Any player leaving for non-sanctioned hockey after team selection must pay full registration fees prior to their release.

Program-Specific Refunds

Intro to Hockey (U5-U9)

• Refunds will be issued minus a $50 withdrawal fee up to October 30.

• Approved refunds will be pro-rated after team placement but prior to October 30 deadline.

• No refunds will be issued after October 30.

AAA/AA Zone Team Second Tryouts

• The player’s tryout spot will be held during the second tryout for a period of 7-10 days.

• If the player is selected to another team, a refund will be issued minus any administrative or tryout fees mentioned above.

• No $50 withdrawal fee will be charged if the player is selected for 2^nd tryout team.
