Out-of-boundary exception request (first-time players only).


If you are a brand new player to Minor Hockey (includes Pond Hockey Players moving to Minor Hockey) and live outside the Red Deer Minor Hockey boundaries and are asking for an exception to register with Red Deer Minor Hockey, you must submit an Out-of-Boundaries Exception Request Form before registering with RDMH.  We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.  You will not be charged the late fee charge provided your form is received before the May 31st deadline.

Special Exception Guidelines: Commonly accepted extenuating circumstances include but is not limited to: 

Parent/guardian workplace location

Players school location

Travel distance/access to ice times
