Please find the attached form for ordering pant shells for the season. Kindly gather the required quantities and sizes from your team and submit one completed order form per team for the entire season.
Important Notes:
- The old logo is now discontinued. All players must have pant shells with the new logo.
- Managers are responsible for collecting payment from each player.
- Payment can be submitted via cheque or e-transfer to: amy@reddeerinorhockey.com
