Your feedback plays a crucial role in improving the quality and effectiveness of our refereeing team. We encourage you to provide both positive and constructive feedback based on your experiences. Your input will be used for training purposes to enhance performance, address areas for improvement, and recognize strengths. Whenever possible, please include specific examples supported by Video Clips, as this will help us better understand your experience, both positive and negative. All responses are intended to be constructive and will be handled with the goal of fostering growth and development.
Any Player Safety Concerns must have video clips attached for review. We will NOT go into Live Barn to search for specific instances in the game we ask that you provide those as part of your feedback.
Once this form is submitted the RDMH GM and Referee in Chief will review the submission and look at how we can use the feedback for constructive feedback for referees or in the case of positive feedback we will pass that on to the referees for their own self-confidence and use the information for potential future assignments.
