This form is to be completed for all team events other then practices or games. No approval will be issued for Special Events, but please note that Red Deer Minor Hockey discourages paintball, tobagganning/tubing and airsoft events.
The ONLY skaters allowed on the ice are coaches and players that have been registered with Hockey Alberta (on the team roster). Practicing on outdoor ice can prove difficult as you can only the skate shack not the ice.
ALL guidelines setout by AHS, Hockey Canada, Hockey Alberta and RDMH must be followed in regards to gatherings!
