This is a huge event and will need all hands on deck to make it a success! Silent Auction: Each family is responsible for bringing in at least $100 worth of items (this could be baskets, gift cards, or smaller items that we can group together). Please remember, the more effort we all put into gathering donations, the more money we will make and the less fundraising we will need to do for the rest of the season! Games & Activities: We’ll finalize what we want to run (50/50, beads game, etc.) at our next meeting. Tickets: Each family will be responsible for selling $10 tickets. Each ticket is worth $7.99 off certain drinks during the event, and the team keeps 100% of ticket sales - so the more we sell, the better! At the Event: We’ll need volunteers to cover shifts for 50/50 sales, games, silent auction tables, and an MC role. We know this is a super quick turnaround, but many hands make light work. If we all pitch in, we’ll have a great start to the season and a strong fundraising boost for the team!
